VAC Motorsports is the combination of Verna's Auto Clinic (V.A.C.), established in 1984, and Milano Engine and Machine Corp., a multi-generation specialist of machine work and engine building established in 1963. We are a family-owned business that has been supplying the aftermarket racing industry for decades with precision components and custom builds.

We have been growing at an aggressive pace and are looking to grow our team Our manufacturing group is currently seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join us at our new facility in Hainesport. The primary responsibilities for this position include: assisting in programming of new and existing parts, creating detailed engineering drawings, creation of shop routers utilizing ERP software, managing tooling and raw stock inventory, and new-product prove-out (to include first piece inspection.)

Education, Experience, Skills & Abilities:

• 5+ years of Manufacturing and Quality experience.
• Strong M code, G code, Mazatrol, and Mastercam Lathe programming skills and ability.
• Strong 3D mill and multi-axis machining experience.
• Strong understanding and working knowledge of inspection equipment and procedures.
• Understanding and working knowledge of metals manufacturing processes and materials.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to recognize, develop, implement continuous improvement projects.
• Strong organizational skills.
