Working extensively within Permian, Utica, Marcellus, and Eagle Ford basins, we are seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to support our greater Quality Engineering team.

The Nuts and Bolts of the Job:

The Site Reliability Engineer "The Maytag Repair Manager" deployed to ensure the reliability of cutting edge equipment deployed at the well site - in the field is a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of  the equipment itself. This is an on site, heavy travel, field and customer facing role working in support of the hydraulic fracturing industry. You will be the lead on all client-specific service, quality, and innovation efforts in assigned basins. As such your home base is flexible, but preference is for those located in Houston, Midland or the Northeast. Additionally, you will ensure data from the field is of optimum quality for receipt by the Operations team executing projects. Typical work schedule is Monday through Friday 6am-3pm (typically, but may vary)

You will:

  • Ensure all Company and Client-defined service quality issues are documented
  • Work with leadership to understand and ensure all RCA's (Root Cause analysis - issues) receive proper engineered solutions.
  • Ensure all properly completed RCAs are communicated per the company required and standard process
  • Perform quality checks of field data to be ready to be received by the Operational Team and Center of Excellence.
  • Perform quality checks on all pertinent software and data communication upon each well-site move.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to assist with successful operations and business continuity.
  • Travel 25-75% of the time across all regions

You Bring:

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering, or equivalent technical field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hydraulic fracturing experience, preferably with electric and/or turbine activities
  • Effective competency and communication via Teams
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office, digital tools, apps, and other advanced software
  • Desire and ability to innovate, both internally and in our partnerships
  • Strong teamwork within the engineering department and other internal departments
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently or with minimal direction
  • Ability to effectively multitask and pay attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skill
