Portfolio Property Manager

Responsibilities
- Adhere to and promote company policies and goals
- Provide advice and consultation to condominium boards
- Provide customer service assistance
- Prepare for and attend monthly and annual meetings
- Daily implementation of budgets, perform general financial management
- Supervise staff
- Promote working relations with staff and clients
- Manage replacement projects
- Perform regular property inspections
Qualifications
- Community Association/ Property Manager with minimum three years experience
- Technologically savvy, computer literate
- Excellent communication skills
- Budget and financial report review experience
- Project management experience
