Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Supervise and manage kitchen staff, delegate tasks, and ensure all team members adhere to company standards and food safety protocols.
  • Food Preparation: Assist in preparing meals, ensuring proper portion control, and adhering to recipes and dietary requirements.
  • Inventory Control: Manage kitchen inventory, place orders for supplies, and ensure proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate kitchen staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage during shifts.
  • Quality Control: Monitor the quality of food being prepared and served, ensuring it meets company standards and client expectations.
  • Cleanliness & Sanitation: Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and complies with all health and safety regulations.
