Full job description
The Position
Provides comprehensive support to the Global Head of R&D. Performs a wide range of highly diverse assignments of a responsible and confidential nature.
Essential Functions
- Performs a variety of routine office support, such as maintaining and organizing office operations and procedures such as filing system, expense reports, requisition of supplies, and other administration services.
- Purchase order and invoicing management for supplies including tracking and distribution. Supplies include but not limited to printer toner, water/coffee, kitchen and catering supplies, Staples/office supplies, and laboratory supplies.
- Distribution of incoming packages and co-ordinate with vendors.
- Assist in the detailed planning and management of projects.
- Maintain inventory of laboratory supplies and equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred.
- Ability to handle complex sensitive and confidential information.
- Requires demonstrated computer skills and highly proficient in MS Office applications such as TEAMS, Word, Excel, Outlook, Forms, and PowerPoint.
- Strong customer service skills.
