Summary:

As a result of ongoing growth, WRRE is seeking a proactive and organized Producer Assistant to join our insurance agency. As a Producer Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our insurance agent by handling various tasks related to policy processing, client communication, and agency operations.

Responsibilities:

Applications:

  • Assist clients in completing insurance applications accurately.
  • Review applications for completeness and accuracy.
  • Submit applications through the appropriate channels (e.g., DocuSign).
  •  

Binders:

  • Prepare binders for new policies.
  • Coordinate with carriers to issue binders promptly.

Policy Issuance:

  • Process policy issuance, ensuring accurate policy details.
  • Address any post-close issues related to policy issuance such as inspection follow ups and flood zone determinations.

Post-Close Issues:

  • Handle immediate post-close issues, including carrier-related issues.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to resolve client inquiries.

EOM Tracker Preparation:

  • Maintain the End-of-Month (EOM) tracker.
  • Verify that policies are correctly recorded in our agency management system (AMS).
  • Obtain declaration pages from carriers if policies are missing.

2As and LPRs (License Plate Registrations):

  • Assist clients with 2A forms (proof of insurance) and LPRs.
  • Ensure timely submission to relevant authorities.

Carrier Calls:

  • Handle routine carrier calls related to policy status, endorsements, or general inquiries.
  • Escalate complex or serious issues to the insurance agent.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in using agency management systems (e.g., Vertafore AMS360, EZ Lynx) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Prior experience in the insurance industry preferred.
