  • Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders to address inquiries and gather additional information as necessary.
  • Participate in debrief sessions post-bid submission to collect feedback for ongoing improvement.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to bid submissions, such as success rates and performance metrics.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining a centralized repository for proposal-related documents and best practices.
  • Provide training and support to team members on proposal processes and best practices.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive atmosphere within the proposal team.
  • Keep abreast of industry standards and compliance requirements to ensure proposals meet all necessary regulations.
  • Contribute to the formulation and execution of strategies aimed at enhancing the overall proposal process.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in coordinating bids and proposals, ideally within a comparable industry.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and other relevant platforms is preferred.
