We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through outbound calling, business development, and telemarketing efforts. If you are passionate about sales and possess excellent communication skills, this role is perfect for you.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
Customer service skills to listen to customers and professionally answer questions or address concerns

Communication skills to confidently make cold calls or negotiate sales terms

Ability to meet deadlines and sales quotas

Familiarity with an office environment, equipment, and software

Proven experience in sales

Strong account management skills with the ability to upsell and cross-sell products or services
