Job DescriptionJob Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Assisting the manager with daily operations, handling telephone and on-site traffic, entering prospects in the computer and continuing with follow-up, showing "ready' apartments, closing and processing the application, dispatching emergency call repairs, making resident collection calls, posting notices on resident doors, and filing. This position is also responsible for complying with all state, federal, and/or local laws relating to Fair Housing.

Requirements:

Experience in customer service and sales is preferred.

Saturday rotation required ( maximum 1-2 Saturdays per month)

Positive, "can-do' attitude, professionalism, and a high level of enthusiasm.

Professional written and oral communication skills.

Profession Appearance is strongly recommended.

Compensation TBD ( based on experience)
