The Goddard School located in the City Park West neighborhood of Denver is looking for a fun, energetic individual who is looking to grow in their teaching career.

No problem We have resource books, mentor staff, and lots of lessons from prior years to help you

Our teachers work in a student-centered, nurturing environment with the support and collaboration of management, staff and families.

We are always looking for experienced teachers with higher education to add to our school family, but we are also happy to help new teachers find the best path to gain early childhood knowledge and lead status. We value continued education and know there’s always more to learn, so we’ll even help cover the cost of ECE coursework. We also have paid and voluntary ongoing training opportunities available

· Ability to hear the conversational voice, with or without a hearing aid.

· Ability to see and read newsprint, with or without corrective lenses.

· Ability to speak and be understood under normal circumstances.

· Ability to lift and carry children and other items weighing up to 50 pounds.

· Ability to use arms, hands, legs, and feet, with or without corrective devices; this includes the ability to evacuate the building during emergencies.

· Ability to handle crises, especially where children are involved.

· Ability to respond immediately to emergencies.
