Responsibilities and Duties

  • Greet incoming visitors, guests, and vendors at the front desk area with a kind, pleasant, and helpful demeanor. Required to project a positive image of the company through engaging with others in a professional and pleasant manner, as well as displaying a professional and positive appearance.
  • Field incoming calls to the main company line, assess needs and then route to the appropriate department or team members
  • Route incoming faxes, mail and other correspondence to appropriate internal team members.
  • Responsible for scheduling appointments with outside vendors, including projects and maintenance of the facility and equipment. Ensures timely completion of tasks through follow-up with vendors.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of executive level meetings and events taking place at the office. Also, may provide help in organizing company parties and celebrations related to employee recognition.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

High School Diploma.

  • Excellent time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong communication skills, especially verbally
  • Professional phone and email etiquette
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and strong general computer skills
  • Confident, sound decision maker
  • Reliability, trustworthiness, and ability to keep information confidential is a MUST Information involving patients, employees, management, and the ownership group must be protected at all times.
  • Any knowledge or experience regarding medical claims or medical terminology is a plus.
