Inside Sales Representative

You must live with in 60 miles of the DC area to apply for this position. BOOKMYGETAWAYS is looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As a leading travel agency, we strive to provide our clients with exceptional service and unforgettable travel experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our customer base through effective sales strategies.
Responsibilities- Generate leads and identify new sales opportunities through various channels
- Reach out to prospective clients via phone, email, and social media to present our travel products and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business
- Understand and effectively communicate the unique value proposition of BOOKMYGETAWAYS to clients
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by answering inquiries, providing travel recommendations, and resolving any issues
- Collaborate with the travel team to create personalized travel itineraries that meet client's needs and preferences
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide effective sales recommendations
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions in the CRM system
Requirements
- Previous experience in inside sales or customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledgeable about travel destinations and industry trends
- Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt and prioritize in a fast-paced and changing environment
Salary:
This is a contracted long-term position with an hourly salary of $15-$25 per hour.
