Responsibilities of Sales Manager:

As a Sales Manager your duties will include:

·        Connecting with families through listening, honest communication, and genuine concern.

·        Consistently networking and building relationships to offer pre-arranged funeral/cremation services and products.

·        Overseeing 1099 independent sales agents

·        Presenting group seminars to foster community relationships

·        Training and coaching a sales team

·        Helping establish and achieving quotas 

Requirements for Sales Professional:

·   Licensed GA Life Insurance Agent preferred (or desire/ability to obtain license)

·  High School education or equivalent (2 years of college preferred).

·  Must hold valid current driver license in good standing to perform duties.

·  Previous customer service and/or sales experience would be a definite asset.

·  Computer knowledge to run contact management software is a must.
