As the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our coating projects, from planning and initiation to execution and closure. You will work closely with our clients, technical team, and production team to ensure that projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership skills, excellent project management skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple coating projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

• Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and develop project plans that align with their requirements

• Create and maintain project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure projects are progressing according to plan

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical and production teams to develop and implement project strategies

• Identify potential risks and provide timely solutions to mitigate them

• Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders including clients, internal teams, and senior management

• Conduct project reviews to measure project performance and identify areas for improvement

• Mentor and coach junior project managers to develop their skills and knowledge

• Continuously look for opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance project management effectiveness

• Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends and innovations to stay ahead of the competition

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in the coatings industry

• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects within budget and timeline

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities

• Detail-oriented and highly organized

• Proficient in project management tools and software

• PMP certification is a plus
