Position Title: Operations Coordinator
Duration : 3-6 Months Contract
Location : Kirkland, WA 98034 (ONSITE)
Shift: 1st Shift
Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Operations Coordinator to support our repair business. This role involves managing behind-the-scenes administrative tasks, tracking the status of orders, and ensuring accuracy in order placements. The ideal candidate does not need technical expertise but must be highly organized and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Order Management: Track the status of orders, ensure correct placement and fulfillment.
- Multitasking: Manage various administrative tasks throughout the day, including tracking necessary materials and determining next steps in the workflow.
- Support: Assist with filling in gaps and taking on tasks to ease the workload of other team members, especially during the training period.
Education and Experience:
- Education: High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
- Experience: Proven ability to manage multiple topics and tasks daily, demonstrating flexibility and multitasking skills.
Skills and Competencies:
- Organization: Strong ability to keep track of tasks, follow up on pending items, and maintain an organized workflow.
- Learning Agility: Quick to learn new tasks and processes.
- Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Oracle is highly desirable but can be taught.
Top 3 Skill Sets:
- Quick Learner: Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and tasks.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Excel and general computer literacy.
- Oracle Knowledge: Preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
Schedule:
- Start Time: Early start required (6:30/7:00 AM).
- Flexibility: Must be prepared to adapt to scheduling changes as needed.
Training Period:
- Approach: Begin with specific tasks and guided instruction.
- Objective: Gradually take on more responsibilities to support the team by managing tasks such as tracking parts and filling administrative gaps.

- Setting: Quiet office environment with multiple team members present.
- Atmosphere: Professional yet collaborative, requiring focus amidst a busy backdrop.
