Job Title: Remote HR Specialist II

Contract: 3.5 months W2 contract with possible extension 

Pay Range: $30-$34/hr 

Client's industry: Pharmaceutical 

 

Description:

This position may be 100% remote within the US. This position will be a part of the Organizational Research team within the company's Global Human Resources, and will report to the Manager, Organizational Research. Primarily, the Specialist will support the administrative and operational components of employee surveys for the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Respond to data requests from the HR organization.
  • Create standard and ad hoc reports, templates, PowerPoint decks, etc. to responsibly disseminate data to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Ensure data integrity, perform data audits, and produce quality data analytics and reports.
  • Share meaningful insights to HR colleagues and business partners for use in making informed decisions.
  • Provide training, functional support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution as it relates to surveys, the survey platform, and data.
  • Work with third-party vendor to manage issues raised by AbbVie users.
  • Uphold compliance with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines and adherence to local and federal regulations, such as the OFCCP, U.S. Dept of Labor, and EU Safe Harbor laws.
  • Identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Other duties to support the Organizational Research team as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, analytics, mathematics, statistics, Industrial Organizational Psychology (I/O psychology) or related field.
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience. Experience within corporate HR strongly preferred.
  • Experience in administration of corporate employee surveys strongly preferred.
  • Experience in post-survey analysis, reporting, action planning and supporting corporate culture programs strongly preferred.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify problems, draw conclusions, and recommend solutions.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office with intermediate technical capabilities in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to provide training on a one-on-one basis or to groups and to communicate effectively with partners across the organization.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Comfortable learning new web-based systems.
