The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Facilitate the offer process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to accommodate a diverse candidate pool.
Qualifications:
- MUST have experience with high volume recruiting for various industries
- Proven experience as a Full Cycle Recruiter or similar role.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
