Are you up for the dare?This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship.Position SummaryAs a Shipping Lead, you will support proper accountability of all finished goods into and out of the Automated Warehouse (ASRS) and ensure product is of high quality before loading onto trucks and before entering ASRS. You will support the ASRS Specialist with maintaining ASRS reliability and up-time through manual pallet intervention, fault recovery, and completing small projects for the ASRS system. You will coordinate with the Warehouse Supervisor to support receiving, handling, and shipment of all finished products.Support ASRS Specialist with small projects and maintaining system up-timePerform risk assessment and support TPM initiatives including proficiency in digital solutionsLoad truck shipments as neededSupport Warehouse Coordinator with inventory reconciliation, cycle counts, and retagging of productClean, inspect, and lubricate ASRS equipmentLoad and unload product in a safe and efficient mannerRequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED Equivalent2+ years
experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, production, logistics, military, or related environment.1+ years experience operating a forkliftThe approximate hourly pay for this position is $27.64 an hour for Packing Utility Operator. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
