About Us

We are a small, family-owned company looking for someone that can help manage the administrative duties of our two businesses. While much of the work will be focused on our women’s clothing boutique, the position will require time dedication to not only the boutique but also our construction company. We are looking for a vibrant, flexible, drama free and well-rounded addition to our team that can switch between roles and responsibilities with ease. About the Role

We are searching for a dynamic individual that can help manage our Stillwater storefront to include the management of team members, assist with inventory management, website maintenance, social media management and photography (both behind and in front of the camera). We need someone that will actively work to engage our customers and build our following. Because our store hours are Monday thru Saturday, this position does require some Saturdays. We work to rotate turns to add balance, but the rotation can vary depending on staffing needs.

Your Day to Day

•               Receive, inspect, tag, package and organize merchandise

•               Ability to locate merchandise effectively and maintain organization

•               Adhere to loss prevention practices

•               Assist in product photography through live photoshoots, photo editing and product flat lays

•               Assist in website care by uploading new products, producing SKUs, maintaining product collections, and creating and updating product images and designs, etc.

•               Generate creative product descriptions to be used on the website

•               Assist in the creation of promo codes and banners for sales and promotions

•               Content curation and creation

•               Fulfill online orders and assist in our prompt, free local delivery service

•               Assist in creative daily social media posts and Facebook live events

•               Reel creation and editing on various platforms

•               Create monthly content calendars and schedule postings for optimal engagement

•               Community management and engagement

•               Create product flat lays and assist in all aspects of product photoshoots, including modeling products for photos

•               Ability to work a flexible schedule that will include weekends

•               Ability to travel to vendor shows and markets when needed

•               Assist in maintaining a clean work area, office and restroom

•               Reconciling company credit cards and expense reimbursements

•               Timesheet management

•               Filing

•               Data entry and other bookkeeping duties as needed

•               Daily and weekly office/storefront cleaning

•               Ability to keep workspace clean and organized

Physical Requirements

•               Ability to lift more than 20 pounds

•               Ability to climb a ladder, use a step stool and stand for extended periods of time

•               Must be able to bend, stretch, push, pull and carry items for a short distance

•               Ability to carry various pieces of material and equipment needed for booth setups
