Salary: $40,000 to $55,000 DOE | Location: Eagan, MN

We are a growing company in Eagan, MN, seeking a dynamic, energetic, and experienced Bar Manager. This is your chance to put on your cape and show your superpowers in the hospitality industry.


Key Responsibilities:

As our Bar Manager, you will be expected to:


  • Lead, inspire, and motivate your team to provide an outstanding customer experience.
  • Manage daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Monitor and manage stock control, implementing effective systems to minimize waste.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Plan and execute events and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
