Position Overview:

Human Bees is seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Onsite Specialist to join our team to specifically support a large operation within the Medical Device Industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in contractor/employee management and daily operations.
The Onsite Specialist will be responsible for promptly handling all issues that may arise during the workday, such as problem resolution, worker injury reporting, additional worker requests, and changes in workforce needs, such as reassignment or increases and decreases in volume, which will be handled on-site. The office hours will be from 10:00AM to 6:00PM Monday through Friday. While these are the set hours, there may be days when hours will need to be adjusted to support the operation (Example: Once a week from 9am-6:30pm or on some weekends, as necessary). The potential need for OT will depend based on the business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Contractor Management: Maintain, track, and communicate all issues that may arise daily including but not limited to absences, performance issues, tardies, etc.
  • Communication with Leads, Supervisors and Managers as needed regarding daily issues.
  • Attendance Tracking (Utilizing alerts and Timerack system).
  • Ability to train employees for fingerprints and proper timeclock usage.
  • Being the main Representative Point of Contact for two shifts (Day and Swing)
  • Investigate time alerts with employees and keeping accurate track of all occurrences.
  • Upkeep Master Tracker, POB Tracker and Starts Tracker daily.
  • Assist and collaborate with internal HR for any terminations and resignations as needed.
  • Log and Tag appropriate items in company’s ATS.
  • Track Headcount needs and maintain accurate projections of starts.
  • Organize, communicate (via email to contractors) and schedule all starts for New Employee Orientations.
  • Email Starts information to Operations, Training & HR teams in the appropriate formats required by department. (within the requested timeframe needed).
  • Sending weekly communication via email to training/HR teams including detailed info for all job fair attendees including Resumes by timelines requested.
  • Print, organize and set up Job Fair Documents (Compliance).
  • Run Job fair and update testers tracker live.
  • Audit for completed Compliance paperwork, organize and upload into SharePoint. Prepare and provide to HR team, weekly.
  • Ability to work with the Director of Production.
  • Daily Timecard corrections as needed.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams such as CSRs, Payroll, Onboarding, HR, etc.
  • Coaching for HB Associates when needed (Documented into the appropriate form).
  • Identify and refer potential HR issues to internal HR department.
  • Support with ensuring 100% of punches are accurate in Timerack + get support from supervisors when approvals are needed (or Time correction forms are needed) for weekly payroll and for terminations/resignations.
  • Daily recap email to Director of Accounts at end of each business day with summary of the day.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Recruiter, Account manager, Onsite Specialist or other relevant position.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high volume manufacturing environment with large workforce.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to engage with various levels of management.
  • Proven ability to maintain documentation and resolve employee issues effectively.
  • Experience in collaborating with diverse teams and client departments.
  • Experience working with a staffing, recruiting or human capital consulting agency.
