Behavioral Technician Job Description:

ATTENTION Special Education Teachers, Educators, and Behavioral Specialist Do you want a rewarding job with an amazing company? We have Full Time and Part Time positions available in the Katy and Richmond area.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a dependable and energetic individual who has a passion for working with children with autism and other special needs. Must have the ability to accept feedback while receiving daily coaching, clinical supervision, and employment supervision from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

  • Preferred RBT Certification desired
  • Preferred CPR Certification
  • Comfortable working in home and clinic environments.
  • Professional, positive attitude and appearance.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in an exciting, fast paced high energy environment while effectively multitasking.
  • Personable; able to work comfortably with individuals at all levels within the organization and willing to be silly (children love this and you will have fun).

Applied Behavior Analysis, Behavior Science, Child Development, Counseling, Early Childhood Education, Education, Human Development, Liberal Studies, Psychology, Psychiatry, Speech and Hearing Services, Social Work, Rehabilitation, or related field.

Requirements:

  • Must have an Associates or BA/BS in Psychology, Education, Special Education, Child Development, Social Work, SLP, or similar fields preferred.
  • Must have at least 2+ years’ experience working with children 2-6 years of age with Autism or special needs.
  • Must have ABA Experience
  • Must have a valid US driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Must have a clear background screening.
  • Must be able to attend on-going Staff trainings to develop clinical skills

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $500 Sign on Bonus in addition to regular pay for all eligible Behavior Technicians and RBTs
  • Competitive hourly pay, depending on experience and education.
  • Paid registration and testing fees for RBT certification.
  • BCBA opportunities to reach RBT (Registered Behavioral Technician) / BCBA student supervision provided BCBA supervision hours for individuals registered in BCBA coursework.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
