**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Implement applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) using evidence-based techniques
- Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behaviors during therapy sessions
- Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop and modify individualized treatment plans
- Assist in the training of parents, caregivers, and other professionals on behavior intervention strategies
- Maintain a professional and ethical working relationship with clients and their families

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field is preferred
- Registered Behavior Technician certified, or willing to obtain certification
- Experience working with neurodiverse individuals is highly desirable
- Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Adhere to the BACB RBT Code of Ethics, maintaining the highest level of professional conduct and ethical standards in all interactions and interventions with clients and their families
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
- Ability to lift and carry objects weighing at least 50 lbs, as some tasks may involve assisting clients or moving therapy materials and equipment
