Job DescriptionJob DescriptionLocal Willmar company seeking a full-time office assistant. Candidate will perform  administrative tasks to support the daily business operations. Responsibilities will include answering phone calls, dispatching, organizing electronic and physical files, payroll, some accounts payable tasks, and data entry. Other responsibilities will be added accordingly. 

Candidate should have a basic knowledge of common bookkeeping terms and practices and be able to implement them successfully. 

Strong attention to detail, listening, and problem solving skills are essential for this position. 
Familiarity with navigating through websites and portals helpful.
Basic QuickBooks knowledge a huge plus.
