We are hiring an exceptional Residential Drafter/Designer who shares our passion for high-end residential design. In this role, you will:

·        Utilize your expertise in SketchUp and AutoCAD to produce detailed construction documents for custom homes

·        Collaborate with a team of skilled professionals, contributing to projects that define luxury homes

We Are Looking for Someone With:

·        A degree in architecture, drafting, or similar

·        5 or more years of experience in designing and drafting high-end architectural homes

·        Proficiency and efficiency in producing architectural documentation including DD and CD sets

·        Advanced skills in AutoCAD. Intermediate skills with SketchUp

·        A thorough understanding of the single-family residential construction process

·        A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
