Business Development/ Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic, assertive, competitive and process driven individual with a passion for fostering growth and creating meaningful connections as a Business Development & Marketing Specialist. This role will include a lot of marketing, networking, and out of office events.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving the company's growth and expanding market presence. You will collaborate closely with a dedicated team to identify and seize business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and implement effective marketing strategies.
Monday - Friday; on-site
Salary + Commission
Business Development: Identify, research, and target potential clients and business opportunities in alignment with company goals.
Client Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Experience prospecting and building a network for new business opportunities and referrals
Partnership Development: Collaborate with industry stakeholders, real estate professionals, financial institutions, and more to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
Networking: Highly visible in attending industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and represent the company effectively.
Performance Metrics: Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts and business development initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
Associate’s degree preferred.
Bi-lingual preferred
Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within the real estate transactional experience (hands on) preferred
Build new client relationships, secures new orders, and expand client base
Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and propose innovative solutions.
Proficiency in marketing tools (Canva, constant contact) and MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Suite
Ability to work independently and possess superb time-management skills.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving targets.
