Job DescriptionJob Description

Rapidly growing finish carpentry, door, and hardware installation company seeks foreman to supervise jobsites. Position will grow into higher level management for the right individual as performance is proven. Experience in construction, particularly interior trim carpentry, hollow metal and prehung doors, and hardware, both commercial and residential would be ideal. Excellent verbal and written communications skills are of vital importance. Personal values aligned with our company values, ethics, and business philosophy is critical. Our success as a company is grounded in the concepts of providing the finest quality, prompt and courteous communication and service, and going the extra mile to ensure our customers meet their goals. We believe that a positive attitude leads to a positive work environment and therefore results.

 

Ultimately compensation will be based on performance as opposed to experience. Successful applicants will likely start off in a reduced role and advance from there as skills and mind set are proven. This is growth position limited only by desire and willingness to succeed. We are looking for someone to groom for higher level management with extensive responsibilities and significant profit based bonuses. Benefits include access to health insurance, supplemental insurance, and a retirement plan.
