Position: Bilingual Legal Intake Specialist
Location: Richmond, VA

What You’ll Do:

  • Engage with potential clients by phone, email, and in person, providing a welcoming, supportive first impression.

  • Gather crucial information to help our legal team assess the viability of cases.
  • Maintain accurate client records and assist the legal team with additional tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is essential.
  • You’re a great listener who communicates with clarity and compassion.
  • Attention to detail is second nature to you.
  • You enjoy working collaboratively and contributing to a positive team dynamic.
  • Customer service experience (especially in a legal setting) is a plus.
