Location: REMOTE (USA)

Contract Duration: June 2024 to December 2024 with possible extension or hire

Our client is a leading healthcare innovations company.

Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and recruit top technical talent for various positions within the company, including but not limited to Medical Device sales and business functions, Health Information Management Sales and business functions, Dental Sales and business functions, Healthcare Consulting, Healthcare software implementation, etc.
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to attract passive candidates, including social media, networking, referrals, job boards, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies to meet those needs.
  • Conducting regular stakeholder meetings to educate on recruiting best practices, market data, including execution on recruiting processes and tools
  • Influencing and showcasing company culture to enhance our talent attraction strategy at all levels of the organization
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices to continuously improve recruiting process and strategies
  • Driving operational efficiencies in a high-volume recruiting environment
  • Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND three (3) years of recruitment experience OR High School Diploma/GED from AND seven (7) years of recruitment experience,
  • Experience recruiting for Corporate, Agency, and/or RPO recruitment experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
  • Experience using Workday for recruiting.
