Duties
- Conduct individual sessions with clients using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
- Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in emergency situations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate care for clients.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment interventions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Utilize behavioral therapy techniques to address specific client needs.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Provide education and support to clients' families regarding treatment options and strategies.

Requirements:

- Master's degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field.
- Valid GA state licensure as a therapist or associate counselor.
- Experience working with children and adolescents preferred.
- Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities, including psychotherapy and behavioral therapy.
- Strong case management skills, including the ability to coordinate care across multiple providers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines.
