Job DescriptionJob Description

Trident Talent is seeking a hard-working team player seeking to obtain a 1st Shift Direct Hire Role within a high-volume production floor. This job will consist primarily of working on an assembly line that produces sealant products. We are looking for someone who is willing to perform repetitive tasks while paying detailed attention to quality control.  

Hours : Monday - Friday 8am -5pm with a 1 hour lunch. PAY RATE - $18+  DOE.

WHAT YOU WILL DO: 

Prepare and assemble bottles of sealant (pouring, capping, labeling, packaging)

Work on the assembly line safely using the machinery as directed

Follow work orders to meet daily production goals

Ensure all products are in compliance with QA standards

Maintain high level of Quality Control at all times

Work in a safe manner and follow all safety policies while performing job duties

Demonstrate good work ethic based on honesty and integrity

Be present and prepared to begin work at the start of scheduled shift

 

Qualifications  

Basic understanding of warehouse operations and safety rules

Attention to detail is a must

Must be ok with repetitive tasks

Standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting up to 50 lbs

Ability to read and understand information presented in writing or in alternate form

Ability to navigate safely in warehouse environment

Willingness to flex into other job roles from time-to-time as production demands dictate

Willingness to work overtime when needed from time-to-time

Reliable and dependable attendance

Work Environment

Non-smoking facility

Climate controlled warehouse

Noise level in the warehouse is usually moderate

Moving machinery

Close-toed shoes required

Other Requirements  

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Applicants must be over the age of 18

Must be able to speak, read and write English

Background and drug screen

Verifiable documentation of ability to work in the US
