  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, offering technical advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Manage and restock your service vehicle with necessary equipment, hoses, and fittings.
  • Developing Customer Accounts and Sales Leads: Develop and maintain customer accounts and identify new sales opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Technical Expertise: An understanding of fluid dynamics with a strong mechanical aptitude and a background in hydraulics or industrial hoses is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential for building strong relationships with our clients.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently are required to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Physical Demands: Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy equipment and hoses are necessary for this role.
  • Availability: A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required, and you must be willing to work in a fast-paced, on-call environment.
