Responsibilities

MUST be willing to obtain an insurance license to perform customer service duties. Agency will guide and assist you with this. Please share with me why you would be a good fit for my company.


-Answering phones, helping customers with questions, changes and billing concerns.

  • Call each client renewing to schedule annual appointments
  • Process customer policy change requests.
  • Handle all incoming claim calls from customers.
  • Complete evidence of insurance requests.
  • Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Take premium payments from customers.
  • Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
  • Assist owner with various clerical duties.
  • Maintain knowledge of new products.
  • Be outstanding at relationship building.
  • Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
  • Claims follow up calls.
  • Obtain prospects information such as name, address, vehicle information and enter into quote sheets.
  • Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
  • Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.
  • Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
  • Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.
  • Provide customers with additional information about new products and services.
  • Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.

Requirements

Looking for an extremely detail-oriented person, has multi-task ability, self starter and eager to learn. Able to work under fast paced environment for very busy office.

Mature, self-confident demeanor, front office appearance.

Not afraid to handle issues as they come at you, able to ask questions, think outside the box to help resolve and find answers.

Enjoys to pay attention to details and great at figuring things out.

Has good intuition and common sense.

Good customer service skills, pleasant demeanor, making clients feel comfortable is imperative.

Great communication skills; written & oral. Able to recall details of day-to-day tasks to relay information to owner or staff members.

Strong organizational skills, ability to remain focused with excellent follow through.

Computer literate *MS Word/Excel/Outlook) and ability to learn difference SRM systems.

This is a position that requires long term commitment.


P&C license a plus, if not license must obtain by 90 days, this means starting to study @ 60 days.. Agency will reimburse after test passed.
