Administrative Coordinator

Lakeshore Talent is partnering with a a global food services company who has a need for an Administrative Coordinator based out of Chicago, Illinois. This is a 3 month contract filling in for a leave. It is a hybrid contact position and pays $25-$28 per hour (depending on experience).
This is mostly a project support role and you need to be comfortable navigating lots of systems and like working with reporting and data.
Background required upon hire.
Hybrid - Onsite Tue-Thu
Hours 8am-5pm M-TH
8am-1pm Fridays
Job Duties:
- Travel coordination.
- Calendar management
- Assisting with projects, data/document storage, expense reports, document production, and internal team communications
Qualifications:
- Experience providing administrative support to a team involving a wide variety of tasks.
- Ability to manage a variety of unrelated tasks and deliver on time.
- Intermediate level MS Office skills
- Adept at communicating with a wide variety of professionals.
