Operations Compliance Officer

Summary: This position will be responsible for all testing and accurate record keeping of all Gaming Machines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain electronic games filing systems
- Accurately maintain schedules and calendars concerning installs/conversions/removals of gaming machines.
- Receive and verify Par Sheets/GLI letters
- Create folders for game changes containing information needed to insure compliance with MICS.
- Testing of all EPROMS and/or other equivalent software related to gaming machines.
- Keep accurate and supporting documentation of all testing results.
- Keep accurate and supporting documentation of all changes that occurs with each gaming machine.
- Communicates and works with Data Analysis regarding new and upcoming changes
- Communicates and works with Gaming Commission regarding new and upcoming changes.
- Insures the Slot Master is updated and accurate.
- Verify percentages at the machine to insure accuracy
- Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information
- Performs additional duties and responsibilities as necessary or assigned.
- Communicates and coordinates dates, times and any physical requirements with all departments whose participation is required to accomplish machine installs, removals, conversions, and floor moves.
- Responsible for maintaining the custodial possession of all game related software and related “game outcome” equipment including the security (safe keeping), testing, returning and destruction of “game outcome” related software and equipment.
- Promotes positive customer relations.
- Maintains the highest level of confidentiality
- Performed additional duties and responsibilities as necessary or assigned.
Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or GED and 4-6 years of experience in compliance and electronic gaming machines, certification preferred.
License/Certifications: Ability to obtain and maintain a Wyandotte Nation Gaming license.
Special Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to work as directed by your supervisor, which may result in being scheduled anytime during a 24 hour period, 365 days a year.
- Working knowledge of electronic gaming machines.
- Knowledge of gaming compliance, and policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of computer technology and software.
- Ability to set up and maintain electronic gaming filing systems.
- Ability to read, write and understand English.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business demands.
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, management. and guests.
- Must have a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Maintain a professional demeanor in a high stress environment.
- Is friendly and positive with others. Maintains an even temper. Demonstrates good judgment, has positive interactions with co-workers and customers. Treats others with respect and dignity.
Physical:
- Must be able to push and lift weight up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to sit, walk or stand for prolonged periods of time as required performing the assigned duties of this position.
- Must be able to use hands, fingers or feel; and reach with arms or hands to perform the assigned duties of this position.
- Specific vision abilities are close, distance, peripheral vision; depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
Environmental Demands:
- Must be able to work in areas containing high noise levels, secondary smoke and blinking lights.
