  • Previous experience in a customer service environment
  • Prior managerial experience and ability to direct and encourage every team member in the department
  • Supervise that the entire rental process is done correctly and in a timely manner
  • Ability to demonstrate professionalism and enthusiasm with lots of passion
  • Good communication skills both written and oral
  • Great organizational skills and an ability to multi task
  • Strong PC skills
  • Ability to work in a Fast-paced environment
