Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter financial data into accounting systems, including invoices, receipts, and payments
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all financial transactions
  • Assist in the reconciliation of accounts, ensuring all discrepancies are resolved promptly
  • Assist with accounts receivable by preparing invoices, tracking payments, and following up on overdue accounts
  • Prepare bank deposits and ensure that all receipts are properly recorded
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and summaries for management review
  • Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information
  • Maintain confidentiality of all financial data and sensitive information
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
