 Develop and implement a strategic plan to advance company objectives,

including promoting revenue, profitability, and organizational growth.

 Select, lead, and direct team according to their roles and responsibilities within

 Lead sales team to achieve targeted accounts and new customer growth goals,

insuring that goals are set to exceed planned revenues for each responsible

person..

 Ensure company operational procedures, policies and standards are met and

meet Corporate guidelines..

 Review and analyze the financial statements monthly to ensure achievement of

objectives and redirect resources to ensure success.

 Support both internal and external marketing communications and promotions

accordingly by working with the Corporate marketing team.

 Represent the company as required with industry associations, customers, and

suppliers.

 Stay current on existing and emerging products and technologies.

 Maintains ethical, cooperative manufacturer relationships consistent with

company image and company goals in the marketplace.

Technical Skills and Competencies

 Financial acumen and statement understanding

 Able to draft, read, understand and analyze engineering drawings.

 Thorough understanding of the steps to effective selling and customer

relationship building.

 Effective analytical and problem-solving skills; strong capacity to incorporate

critical thinking into the decision- making process.

 Demonstrated ability to produce written communication at a professional

business level.

 

Education and Experience:

 Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering Degree a plus

 10+ years of experience with manufacturing, metals experience a plus

Experience running full P&L

 7+ years of direct team management experience including managing a cross-

functional team that works both in the office and externally.

 Experience working with technical teams to deliver automation solutions

 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent priorities

 Excellent project management skills
