Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Manager to lead and inspire our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, implementing effective sales and marketing strategies, and revitalizing dormant customer relationships. This role requires a leader who can manage outgoing calls to existing and potential customers, as well as develop new customer acquisition strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the inside sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy.
  • Oversee outgoing calls to old customers and potential new customers.
  • Reactivate dormant customer accounts and drive new customer acquisition.
  • Monitor sales metrics and analyze performance data to make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with marketing to generate leads and improve customer outreach.
  • Provide regular training and development opportunities for the sales team.
  • Positive and energetic sales environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Inside Sales Manager or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies.
  • Ability to analyze sales metrics and performance data.
  • Proficient in CRM software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
