Hours - Monday through Friday

Responsibilities:

  • Primarily work within our ERP system building jobs, auditing and reporting.
  • Schedule technician jobs, schedule service appointments.
  • Communicate with customers on weekly schedules, permits and inspections.
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
