Are you up for the dare?This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship.Position SummaryAs Production Data Coordinator, you will work closely with the manufacturing and material handling teams within the Williamsburg Township factory to support the collection, entry and reporting of manufacturing and inventory management functions. Your work directly impacts operations planning, costing and production efficiency. You understand the manufacturing environment and collaborate effectively with the production and materials accounting teams to monitor data and make recommendations for improvements.Record and track all production activities within the manufacturing systemsPerform master data maintenance including entry and validation of materials requirements and production planning metricsReconcile materials usage transactions and resolve variancesPerform inventory management functions such as cycle counts, variance analysis and balance reconciliationCommunicate effectively with cross-functional teams such as production, operations, quality and accountingPerform all other duties as assignedREQUIREMENTSHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent1+ year of experience working in materials accounting, inventory and/or production systems in a manufacturing, military or related environmentOTHERPrior to factory operational startup, must be willing to travel up to 50% for training purposes to other Nestl Purina factory locationsOnce the factorystarts up, the schedule will transition to a 2-2-3 format and the shift for this position will be 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.This position is eligible for a Retention Bonus: $3,500 after your first year with the company; $2,500 after your second year with the company; $1,500 after your third year with the company.The approximate pay range for this position is $38,000 - $53,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
