USAG Compulsory Level 3 Coach

**Hours**: Approximately 12 hours per week
**Experience** 3+ years of coaching experience preferred, with USAG, XCEL, or USAIGC competition coaching experience
**Responsibilities**:
- Coach and mentor small children at the USAG compulsory level 3
- Develop and implement lesson plans, drills, and training programs
-Prepare gymnasts for competitions
- Ability to handle coaching groups of young children effectively
**Qualifications**:
- 3+ years of coaching experience with a focus on USAG compulsory levels
-Experience coaching in USA Gymnastics (USAG) and/or USAIGC competitions
-Strong communication and organizational skills
-Ability to work with and motivate young gymnasts
-Certification in First Aid and CPR preferred
