Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Key Account Manager at FEITIAN Technologies US. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing business plans, providing exceptional customer service, and utilizing analytical skills for account analysis. This role will be located in San Jose, CA, but will have flexibility for some remote work.

Responsibilities

We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit to build and win new business leveraging our global identity and access management business with a focus on FEITIAN's digital identity and authentication portfolio. You will be responsible for generating sales growth through existing and new account development. The candidate must be familiar with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures relevant to implementing IdP/IAM/PAM/MFA/SSO solutions. 

  • Define opportunities, build pipeline and win deals.
  • Be responsible for the attainment of sales targets and quota in assigned area.
  • Develop and execute strategic and tactical business plan to drive revenue and large-scale adoption of FEITIAN MFA products within your territory.
  • Provide thought leadership to customers, gathering and communicating product and competitive information from the field regularly.
  • Identify and coordinate participation in appropriate marketing events, trade shows and industry conferences and deliver presentation as needed.
  • Develop territory channel partners for value-added reselling of FEITIAN MFA products.
  • Develop strong technical alliance partners who actively integrate FEITIAN MFA into their IAM/PAM solutions.
  • Report to the Head of Sales, as well as work directly with marketing and operations to drive scalable and efficient fulfillment.
  • Work collaboratively with Solution Sales Engineers to develop complex custom solutions.
  • Create and maintain sales pipeline status ongoing by maintaining accurate and complete information in selected CRM database including activity, closing, project forecast, close ratios and market intelligence.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of complete line of products/services and customers business issues and needs.
  • Organize and oversee the client RFP responses.
  • Keep the sales tracking system properly updated to facilitate accurate and timely reporting of sales activity throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications

  • Comfortable having both business and high-level technical conversations with a CTO, CIO or CISO.
  • Minimum of 8 years of sales experience within the cyber and physical security industry.
  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • Deep understanding and experience in selling technology to SLED and enterprise customers.
  • A hunter sales mentality - closing new deals in new markets.
  • Proven record of overachievement in selling, in both direct sales and through channel partners.
  • Knowledge of NIST Cybersecurity Program is a plus.
