Some duties and responsibilities are:
* Providing legal and non-legal administrative support to attorneys and paralegals. 
       *  Phones, scanning, assembling trial binders, copies, client communications, file management, etc. 
       * Maintaining, organizing, and indexing all case files.
       * Assist with document retrieval, review, organization, and production.
       * Prepare and manage client meeting spaces.
* Prepare and e-file documents at the State level and follow up on all filings.
* Handle the Intake, initial screening, and scheduling consults for potential clients 
      * Prepare and collect all pertinent information, open files, engagement documents, etc.
* Coordinate meetings, including videoconferences, conference calls, equipment, and presentation materials. 
       * Assist attorneys and paralegals in preparation for meetings, hearings, depositions, and trials.
* Manage attorney contacts, schedule, calendar, and enter attorney time.
 * Manage case calendar, including correspondence with the courts for scheduling
* Processing expense reports and check requests/handling vendor invoices/ follow-up on AR Collections
* Cite-check and edit/revise legal documents.
* Coordinate and assist with trial preparations, i.e., exhibits, witness binders, and demonstrations.
