Administrative/Human Resources Assistant

A well-known Kansas City construction company is looking for an Administrative Assistant/Human Resources Assistant to add to its growing team.
Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant/Human Resources Assistant will include:
- Assist the HR Manager with the onboarding process
- Processing New Hire onboarding and paperwork
- Download and organize paper files into electronic system
- Maintain new employee badges and pictures
- Any other needs as assigned
Requirement for Administrative Assistant/Human Resources Assistant:
- Previous strong administrative and human resources experience is strongly preferred
- Available immediately to work
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
