Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee daily operations in a high-volume, upscale casual dining environment
-Manage inventory, safety, sales, scheduling, and training
-Foster a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for both staff and guests
-Ensure exceptional full-service dining experiences
Qualifications:
3+ years of AGM Management experience, preferably in High-Volume Full-Service Dining
High energy
Problem solver, able to multi-task
Organized and intentional in planning
Proven experience in a similar role within a high-volume, upscale dining setting
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to maintain a positive attitude and handle high-pressure situations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
