This position is fully remote, however, the ideal candidate is in Central Florida or on the East Coast of Florida to best establish an in-person relationship occasionally as needed.  Employees have full access to use the Downtown Orlando 321 office as a co-working or production space. 


The JD TL;DR

As our Client Marketing Services Manager, Healthcare you will serve as a crucial link between our client in the health and insurance sector and our internal team, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction. You will be relied upon for strategic guidance, handling inquiries, resolving issues and providing excellent support on the account as our client strives to meet aggressive yearly goals. You are our client’s ambassador internally while also understanding that the business needs of 321 should be responsibly considered and incorporated into their every decision. You value efficiency, clarity, communication, collaboration and seek to find “win-win” solutions. Our clients should be regularly and obviously grateful for your specific impact on their business. 


The ideal candidate has a background in working for the marketing department of a large-scale Healthcare Provider or at an Agency that has focused on the Healthcare Industry.

Some More Specifics:


  • Lead client discussions on business goals and strategy; understand what specific KPIs our client is holding us responsible for so that we can optimize and add value beyond their expectations.
  • Speak our client’s “business language,” understanding the nuances of requirements and goals within a Healthcare and Insurance organization.
  • Clarify strategic requirements, explaining complex ideas and managing expectations.
  • Understand client requests and translate those requirements and/or solutions into the appropriate client/agency management tools.
  • Lead and facilitate kickoff discussions in order to appropriately set and manage expectations, influence, coach and inspire the team throughout execution and delivery.
  • Staying connected with the client’s Project Manager regarding project status and budget pacing, providing regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders in order to understand account profitability.
  • A commitment to building authentic rapport and maintaining positive, balanced relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Continued self-development in communication and sales skills.
  • Identify and communicate (to key stakeholders) any internal and external risks and issues that may positively or negatively impact our client’s business, as it typically has a direct affect on our business as well. 
    • For example, new projects have a financial impact, affect 321 resource management, could create scheduling conflicts, etc. 
      • The same could be said for a client, as an example, drastically reducing their media spend.
  • Support internal teams by celebrating the team wins, jumping in to problem-solve issues, and clearing constraints.
  • Demonstrate expertise in navigating complex situations; both internally and with clients.
  • Exemplify the 321 values and encourage their integrity throughout the team.
  • Support the onboarding of new employees.

A Bit About You

  • You’ve worked at an agency and you liked that environment
  • Proven experience (minimum 4 years) in Client Services on corporate or agency side with a client in the Healthcare or Insurance  industry. 
  • Comfortable presenting and continuing to build skills in this area
  • Experience contributing to and being a part of team responsible for building and executing advertising and marketing campaigns deploying traditional and non-traditional tactics
  • Proven professional experience managing successful client relationships
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Wicked strong organizational and communication skills  with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Ability to prioritize and solve problems effectively
  • Mac and Google Suite proficient
  • You have a (borderline) unhealthy obsession with building relationships and helping people and companies grow.
