Duties:
- Answer phones and greet customers.

- Assist in record keeping / filing of paperwork

- Interact on company social media on a weekly basis. 
- Provide shuttle service as needed
- Perform opening and closing duties.

 

Experience:
- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive environment is preferred
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
- Experience as a shuttle driver is a bonus
- Must have the ability to pass pre-employment testing to include, background
screenings, drug testing and have a clean driving record

At All German Auto, we value hard work, attention to detail, and excellent customer service.  Administrator assistant duties will require  you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience while helping keep the showroom clean when time permits. Customer service skills are required and multitasking will be necessary. If you have the desire to move up and be at a family owned business All German Auto is the place for you.  Previous experience in a dealership or automotive environment, possess strong communication skills, and are able to work in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
