Production Administrator Job Description:

PrideStaff is recruiting for a global leader who is in need of a Production Administrator to provide administrative and clerical support to the onsite team as well as team members based elsewhere. The ideal Production Administrator has previous experience in a highly organized, quality controlled, procedure driven environment with knowledge of BOM’s.  

 The Production Administrator is a full time, direct hire position in East Haven, CT. 

 

Production Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Work With Production & Project Managers to Create, Maintain, Track, & Report Upon Project Schedules 

  • Assist Production Managers With Day-to-Day Management & Administration of All Projects in House Including Schedules, Updating The Project Work Breakdown Structure in ERP System, Overseeing Logistics, Running Reports & Verifying Information in ERP System

  • Work With Operations Team to Generate & Maintain All Documentation Related to Material Movement Into, Out of & Within Both Facilities on Site. 

  • Coordinate Between The Technical Team, Engineering, Procurement, Project Management & Administrative Team 

  • Create Presentations & Generate Reports For Internal & External Meetings

  • Launch & Manage Projects & Project Resources in The ERP System

  • Generate & Support The Operational Procedures & Compliance Documents as Well as Maintaining a System For Documentation, Excellent Recordkeeping, & Effective Communication  

 

Production Administrator Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required With a STEM Discipline Preferred 

  • 1-2 Years in an Administrative Role With a Background in Technology 

  • Proficient in MS Office & Knowledge of ERP/MRP Systems

  • Demonstrates Confidence & is Driven to Solve Problems Efficiently & Effectively

  • Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills to Build Relationships With Customers & Teammates 

  • Must be Detailed Oriented & Have Superb Written & Oral Communication Skills
