About the company: 

Our client is a leading construction firm priding themselves on delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. They are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Administrator to join their finance team. 

Key Responsibilities of the AP Administrator:

  • Process high volume of invoices and ensure timely payment to vendors and subcontractors.
  • Verify invoice accuracy, matching purchase orders, receiving documents, and contracts.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
  • Assist with month-end closing and accruals.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of accounts payable experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication skills.
  • Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and/or construction industry experience a plus.
